Get to know Deppa Tori, a Typical Cake from Mamasa West Sulawesi

       Various specialties from Mamasa Regency,
 West Sulawesi Province, we can still feel, presented in various events held.
One of the traditional foods from this area that is still preserved is Deppa Tori,
a rectangular cake.
       In various events, especially in weddings, Lebaran, and so on, the typical food from 
Mamasa Regency will always appear. 
 
 in addition to tasty enough, the basic ingredients of making Deppa Tori also quite
easy, which is made from basic ingredients of rice flour, brown sugar, sesame,
coconut oil, and water.
       How to manufacture Deppa Tori is also quite easy, namely brown sugar first 
dissolved until destroyed, then stirred until thick. Furthermore, the brown sugar 
solution is mixed with rice flour that has been moistened with water.
 
    Sugar solution with rice flour is then stirred until fused. Next the dough is
