1.       6 Papua's Food


        Papeda

Do you know this food? Papeda is a typical food that comes from eastern Indonesia. Well, the main ingredient of papeda is sago. So sago is processed into a white mush
color and its texture is sticky like glue.

Taste?
Papeda does not have taste, or bland. Usually papeda is eaten with fish covered in yellow sauce . Fish that is used like cob or mubara, cooked into fish yellow sauce

If you eat this papeda just swallow
it, do not need to chew this food. In the other hand if you chew it, it will get stuck in your throat. If you eat papeda, put in a lot of sauce to help you swallow papeda

2.      Udang Selingkuh
Shrimp are the same as crabs


How strange is this name? Who's cheating on the

it is called the cheating shrimp because of its shape, so the body is  a shrimp but has a crab-like claw. That's why it’s called cheating shrimp, it turns out the shrimp had played with the crab

This one shrimp is very popular in Wamena, West Papua. Usually shrimp cheeks fried, boiled or can also be burned, according to your

3.       Martabak Sagu

Not like
the ussual martabak, although the name is the same but this one is made of sago. The sago is  fried and added sauce made from brown sugar, so it tastes sweet.

Martabak is derived from Fakfak district which of course taste and also different shape, not like martabak sweet or bright moon. The taste of this one food is pretty good you know, besides sweet of course. If you do not believe you cobain aja deh, delicious what baseball depends on taste also yes huh.
              

4.       Ikan Bakar Manokwari

If this is a typical food from Manokwari, already seen from its name? Manokwari itself is the Capital of West Papua Province.

Fish that is usually used to make grilled fish Manokwari is a tuna fish. Well, if you want to taste the delicacy of this grilled fish you have to come first to Manokwari. In addition to the delicious fish, there is a companion of this food that will arouse your appetite you know.

5.       Ikan Bungkus

This food is not because you want to take
it home and kept wrapped okay, eventough it is the name. When viewed, the shape looks like pepes fish and the recipe is almost the same.

that is used. The basic ingredients that is used The ingredients used to make fish wrap are sea fish. The spices used to make the food makes it  a bit different from Pepes, fish wrap use more variety and to wrap it there is a little extra bay leaf. You need to try it, eat pepes Papua style.


6.       Caterpillar Sate
