There are many Indonesian people who doesn't know about their own history , the real history, not the history which has been changed by the political regime for their benefit. the real fact about our history is getting exposed by time and that facts become a headlines, well these are the facts rarely known.
1. Unknown President
Indonesia isn't a country with many president, compare it with United States that already has 44 presidents, Indonesian president still can be count with our fingers, but try to ask to teenagers , the list of Indonesian president, they'll probably mention Soekarno, Soeharto, Habibie, Gusdur, Megawati, SBY and Jokowi. there are 2 names missed which is Sjafruddin Prawiranegara and Mr.Assaat. The fact is Sjafruddin prawiranegara ever assigned as president in 1948 to run the government from Bukit tinggi since Soekarno and Hatta has been caught by Dutch in second military aggression. well things go differently with mr Assaat, he's also been caught and deported to Bangka island with Soekarno and Hatta and he had become "Acting President of Indonesian Republic" since december 1949 until August 1950
2. Corrupt president
well , since old days , indonesia is well known as a country with high corruption rate, our ex president Soeharto made an achievement as the world most corrupt countries leader.there are no other presidents in the world who can compete with Soeharto that reach 15 - 35 million Us Dollar ! Soeharto once criticize Old order by Soekarno that can eliminate the corruption. well, people changed
3. a meaning of name for Soekarno
If Soekarno can turn back time maybe he will change his sign in proclamation text, when he already became a president Soekarno Change his name in to Sukarno , he really hates "oe" which he considered as the legacy of the Dutch. unfortunately proclamation text can't be changed.

God kindly gave Indonesia so many Natural Wealth which make many European Countries came and colonize our country for it. especially for the Dutch that's why half million pf Dutch is Indonesian descendants.
